As part of its ambition to increase its assets, Red Star Express Plc has announced a new partnership with renowned automobile manufacturer, Daewoo. This was announced yesterday at the company’s head office in Lagos.
Under this partnership, Red Star Express Plc has acquired 5 new trucks; manufactured by Daewoo. These trucks will be assigned to Red Star Logistics. According to the Divisional Managing Director, red Star Logistics, Charles Ejekam, this partnership is one to be lauded. “We are delighted with this development as it is another demonstration of the company’s desire to remain competitive in the industry. With the acquisition of these trucks, our ability to serve our customers has grown immensely. We are delighted with this partnership,” he added.
The Group Managing Director, Red Star Express Plc, Dr Sola Obabori, also remarked on the partnership; stating that the company was delighted to seal this partnership with Daewoo. “Daewoo is one of the foremost automobile companies in the world. They have built a strong reputation over the years by producing quality automobiles which constantly provide value for customers. To be associated with such a strong brand is commendable,” he mentioned.
