RED STAR REWARDS CUSTOMERS OVER FESTIVE PERIOD

Red Star Express Plc, one of Nigeria’s foremost logistics providers, has rewarded its customers over the festive season through a special social media challenge. The exercise, which took place in December 2020, was aimed at engaging and rewarding its customers for their loyalty over the last 12 months. Customers were asked to answer the question ‘What is your favorite Christmas memory?’ and follow a set of rules to be eligible for the rewards. The challenge yielded 30 winners from various parts of the country who had their gifts delivered at their doorsteps.

The Group Managing Director, Dr Sola Obabori, explained that the exercise was aimed at appreciating customers for their patronage. “Our customers form the backbone of our business and we understand the importance of rewarding them for their patronage over the last 12 months. In line with existing health protocols, we decided to engage customers through our social media platforms rather than our offices; which is what we have done in the past. We are delighted with the massive response to the challenge and it is our pleasure to reward those who have been deemed eligible for the rewards. As always, we are committed to meeting and exceeding the expectations of our customers through excellent service delivery” he added.
