Following the Federal Government’s decision to ease the lockdown, it is important to share vital information about how our business will be operating from Monday 4th May, 2020.
Red Star Offices will be open between the hours of 9.00 am to 3.00 pm (Mondays to Saturdays).
We encourage our customers to always wear nose masks whenever they visit any of our offices. We also encourage you to make use of the hand sanitizers provided at our offices.
In ensuring minimal physical contact in our offices, we encourage customers to stay at least 2 meters away from each other or the Sales Representative attending to them.
Customers are encouraged to minimize use of cash for payments. Payments maybe made using the POS machines (with your ATM card) or by direct credit into the Red Star Express Accounts displayed at our offices.
Customers do not always have to visit our offices to send their packages. Our Online Shipping Platform allows you to order pick-up and delivery of your packages from anywhere. All you have to do is visit https://onlineshipping.redstarplc.com, and start shipping. Try it today.

- Our offices are cleaned and sanitized on a regular basis.
- Sales representatives at the offices and Dispatch Riders are well kitted with Personal Protective Equipment.
