Offices

Red Star Offices will be open between the hours of 9.00 am to 3.00 pm (Mondays to Saturdays).

 
Personal Protection

We encourage our customers to always wear nose masks whenever they visit any of our offices. We also encourage you to make use of the hand sanitizers provided at our offices.

 
Social Distancing

In ensuring minimal physical contact in our offices, we encourage customers to stay at least 2 meters away from each other or the Sales Representative attending to them.

 
Making Payments

Customers are encouraged to minimize use of cash for payments. Payments maybe made using the POS machines (with your ATM card) or by direct credit into the Red Star Express Accounts displayed at our offices.

 
Online Shipping

Customers do not always have to visit our offices to send their packages. Our Online Shipping Platform allows you to order pick-up and delivery of your packages from anywhere. All you have to do is visit https://onlineshipping.redstarplc.com, and start shipping. Try it today.

Yes, we are. However, there might be delays for packages that have to move between states due to restrictions placed on inter-state movement.

Yes, our offices are open nationwide; except for locations where the lockdown is yet to be eased. Our offices are open from Mondays to Saturdays (9 am to 3pm).

First of all, our offices are regularly cleaned and sanitized. We encourage our customers to maintain social distancing between themselves and the Sales Representatives in our offices. We also encourage our customers to wear nose masks and make use of the sanitizers provided at our offices. Furthermore, we would like to encourage more cashless payments when customers use our services.

 

We can still bring in and deliver packages outside Nigeria. However, due to travel restrictions, deliveries may be delayed. However, we are working to ensure to these delays are not longer than necessary.

Yes, it is safe. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), the likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus from a package that has been moved, travelled and exposed to different conditions and temperatures is low.
