Red Star Express will soon be opening offices in francophone countries such as the Benin Republic and Burkina Faso as the company seeks to expand beyond the shores of Nigeria. This was made known by Sola Obabori, Group Managing Director, Red Star Express Plc, in his address to staff at the Staff Forum held last week Thursday.

He stated that the company is looking to increase its revenue providers by opening offices in the francophone countries, just as it has done in the Niger Republic. “Very soon, we will be sending some of you to work in these new offices as they open, so you better start learning French!” he mentioned.

He went to advise staff to be cautious of how they handle company assets and items. “It is important that we take care of the company’s assets because if you ruin any of them, it comes out of your paycheck. It also affects our operations; especially when it involves assets such as bikes. Please let us be careful.” He added.
