RED STAR EXPRESS REAFFIRMS COMMITMENT TO STAFF DEVELOPMENT

Red Star Express Plc has reaffirmed its commitment to investing in employees across all cadres as it began the year with a series of impactful training programmes. The sessions were designed to strengthen managerial capacity, improve strategic thinking, and equip employees with knowledge that supports both professional and personal development.

One of the key initiatives was a Leadership and Business Management Workshop for managers. The training focused on strategic thinking, practical leadership skills, and the effective use of numbers and data in guiding business decisions. Participants described the workshop as insightful and relevant, noting that the session provided practical tools that can support improved management and operational outcomes.

The company also organized a Future Readiness training at the Head Office, aimed at helping employees prepare for life beyond active service. In addition, an internal session on the implications of the new tax law was held to improve understanding of tax compliance requirements.
