Red Star Express recently organized a company-wide fitness exercise across its locations, including Lagos, Kano, Ibadan, Abuja, Aba, Benin, and Port Harcourt. The initiative was designed to promote health awareness while also serving as a platform for staff bonding and teamwork.
The sessions featured light workouts, group fitness routines, and on-site basic health checks such as blood pressure screenings conducted by medical officials. Speaking at the close of the Lagos session, the Head of Corporate Resources, Tonye Preghafi commended all staff who took part in the program and encouraged wider participation in future wellness activities.
