Red Star Express Launches Nationwide Training

Red Star Express Plc has commenced its Field Service Representatives (FSR) training program for the financial year, starting with sessions in Lagos and expanding to other regions nationwide. This initiative is designed not only as a skills development effort but also as a platform to align field teams with the company’s strategic direction and values.

According to Chinedu Ndubuisi, Head of Strategy and Learning & Development, the program emphasizes equipping operatives who work outside corporate offices with the tools and mindset needed to deliver consistent service and uphold operational standards across locations.

The training rollout will eventually cover all FSRs and relevant team members across the country. “It’s about aligning everyone with the company’s mission from top to bottom,” said Ndubuisi. The initiative reinforces Red Star Express’ commitment to empowering its frontline teams and strengthening execution across its nationwide operations.
