Red Star Express Plc successfully hosted its 2025 HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) Week from April 28th to May 2nd, reaffirming its commitment to safety, operational efficiency, and environmental responsibility. The week-long campaign was celebrated across all subsidiaries and operational regions, engaging staff in a series of interactive and informative activities.
Key highlights of the week included safety pep talks for Frontline Service Representatives (FSRs) and operatives at various stations. Topics such as equipment safety, journey management systems, and occupational health were covered. These sessions were coordinated by operations managers and supervisors, with active participation from Quality Champions, reinforcing safety best practices across board.
The event wrapped up with a virtual On-the-Job Training (OJT) session facilitated by HSE Coordinator, Sadiq Lawal, which had over 150 staff members in attendance. Throughout the week, activity photos were shared internally via email to sustain awareness and recognition. The 2025 HSE Week reflects Red Star Express’ continued focus on fostering a culture of safety in every aspect of its operations.
