Yesterday marked the conclusion of the Customer-Centric Red Star Promo tagged ‘Ship and Win’. The promo, which ran from November 2018 to January 2019, was organized to reward loyal Red Star Express Plc clients and customers for their constant use of the Company’s products and services throughout 2018.

Customers who sent shipments from any Red Star Express Centre nationwide were given gifts at the centres as they conducted their business there. This created a real buzz as it was reported that more customers were keen to send shipments through the Red Star Express network.

According to the Retail Sales Manager (Lagos), Chito Okonkwo, “Our customers were delighted with the gesture from the promo. They found it really pleasing to be rewarded for trusting us with their shipments. The general response from customers has been good”.

Her remark was backed up by Obiageliaku Nwosu (Retail Sales Coordinator, Lagos Island) who stated that the promo caused some customers to refer Red Star Express to others, who came around to take advantage of the promo. “Some customers were very thankful for the gifts they received. Some others asked we could do more of promos like this. It was a good initiative” she added.
