A Front-View of the new 300sq.ft warehouse facility at the Red Star Import Unit at the airsite
After months of hard work and dedication, Red Star Express Plc can now boast of a new warehouse at the airsite in Lagos. This was confirmed during a visit by the management of Red Star Express Plc to the new warehouse on Tuesday 13th March, 2018. Present during this visit were the Group Managing Director, Red Star Express Plc, Sola Obabori, Executive Director (Finance and Administration), Auwalu Babura, Deputy General Manager (International Operations), Inemesit James-Okoro, Divisional Managing Director (Red Star Express), Charles Ejekam, Divisional Managing Director (Red Star Freight), Tonye Preghafi, Deputy General Manager (Red Star Agro Trade Services), Mudiaga Okumagba, and Assistant General Manager (Administration), Abdulkadir Koguna.
The new warehouse, measuring 300 Square Feet, will be utilized and managed by Red Star Freight and Red Star Agro Trade Services, as a storage unit for goods and cargo handled by both subsidiaries under Red Star Express Plc.
The new warehouse was constructed within 4 weeks, which was the scheduled period for completion. Several management personnel expressed delight at the outcome of the construction, calling it a remarkable achievement after many months of hard work.
