Red Star Express Plc is looking for a qualified Commercial Executive. He/she will be responsible for direct sales of logistics solutions to new and existing consumers. This role will be focused on developing, implementing and managing a sales strategy to achieve aggressive sales goals, as well as to aid in the acquisition of new clients to expand the sales portfolio.
Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Accounts management, prospecting and signing of new accounts

  • Sell, and market ideas and product pitches to various partners to hit sales targets.

  • Achieve 100% Credit collection and Sales Revenue.

  • Accomplish shipment, revenue and collection target monthly.

  • Regular visits and prompt responses to clients’ needs.

  • Manage assigned territory.

  • Project desired company image.
Requirements & Qualifications

  • BSc/HND in any related field

  • At least 2 years of experience in the area of responsibilities

  • Ability to work under pressure and independently

  • Team player with a dedication to delivering services with the right attitude

  • Knowledgeable in MS Office

  • Has a flexible and creative approach towards work

  • Excellent Communication (verbal and written), Presentation, and listening skills

  • Experience in building and maintaining large-scale systems.

  • Experience in building Rich Responsive Web Applications using HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript/jQuery, Bootstrap, and XML.

  • Advanced knowledge of Programming Languages such as VB.NET/C#, JAVA and technologies such as ADO.NET, ASP.NET MVC, OOP, SDLC, and MSSQL Database Management.

  • Intermediate knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes.

  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect web, windows or mobile applications to back-end services.

  • Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.

  • Experience in a software reporting tool such as Crystal Reports, RDLC or MS SQL Server Reporting Services.

  • Provide training and support for the company’s IT platforms.
