Job Title: COMMERCIAL EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in all industries.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activities

  • Present and promote Red Star Express PLC’s services to prospective clients.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Regional Relationship Manager.

Qualifications:

  • BSc/HND in any related field.

  • Proven experience in sales or a similar role.

  • Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and market dynamics.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to work in any part of the country.
