Key Responsibilities: |
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in all industries.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activities
- Present and promote Red Star Express PLC’s services to prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Regional Relationship Manager.

Qualifications: |
- BSc/HND in any related field.
- Proven experience in sales or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
